Wonderful beach stay!

We had such a nice weekend staying here! The resort is clean, safe, and very family-friendly. The condo’s beach decor was adorable and my family of eight was very comfortable! We had everything that we needed for a fun couple of days. We have stayed at several different condos at this resort and this one was our favorite!

Excellent condo, I would go back in a heartbeat! Just a heads-up: you’ll need to rent chairs and umbrellas if you want to sit on the beach, so come prepared. The best part is that there’s no need to drive anywhere (bars, coffee shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance from the condo).

Great location and set up

This property was perfect for our group! We had 6 adults and more than enough space. The bunk room is a great addition for either children or single adults. Everything was as pictured. Stephanie was amazing to communicate with! Quick response time and such a great host!

Great property and well maintained

We had a nice weekend getaway and the condo was lovely, any question we had Stephanie was very responsive. The unit is comfortable and comes with most necessities. I recommend bringing a hair dryer and beach towels though as they are not provided. Thank you to the hosts for being accommodating and looking forward to a future trip to Rocky Point.

We had a fantastic stay at Sonoran Spa W410! The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony offered stunning ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The resort itself was great, with easy access to the beach, pools, and other amenities.The best part of our experience was the owner, Stephanie. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. She even went out of her way to accommodate us with an early check-in, which made a huge difference after our drive and was greatly appreciated. It's not often you come across a host who is this thoughtful and helpful.If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in Puerto Peñasco with an exceptional host, this condo is an easy choice. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rocky Point!
