The home itself is very nice, comfortable, and has great access to the beach. I want to be fair to the owners because the property met our expectations in many ways.However, I was not aware before booking that there would be another family staying in the house immediately in front of us (2 hours same property), and unfortunately, their presence significantly impacted our stay. They had multiple vehicles that repeatedly blocked or complicated access to our rental. They also had a dog that barked quite a bit throughout the weekend.The biggest issue for us was the constant marijuana smoking. It occurred around the property and even continued at the beach, so the smell was something we dealt with throughout much of the weekend. For our family, this really took away from what otherwise could have been a very relaxing stay.Again, the rental itself is a very nice home in a great location. I just wish the proximity to another occupied property had been clearer in the listing, particularly since the behavior of the neighboring guests had such a noticeable (negative) impact on our experience.
