Unbeatable location

Overall, great stay! Location is unbeatable as it is right by the pools, hot tub, bar and beach. The condo shows some age and could have been cleaner on arrival, but would definitely stay here again.

We rented this unit for the location and rooms. Those were the positives. This unit could definitely use some updating. Host was responsive to issues but things that should’ve been fixed prior to our stay. Fans in rooms, door handles, master bath no cold water etc. Location is great, 4 bedrooms is nice, just needs some tlc.

Best balcony in Las Palomas

This property was great! We really enjoyed all the space that it provided inside with all the bedrooms and the huge table in the open area. We were there for a bachelor party and the space was perfect to just enjoy the ocean and a quick walk down to the pool without being right next to where everybody was. The ac worked great as well! I will also say the communication with the owner was top notch!

Great space for a family stay

Easy access to the beach is great. Spacious and clean. We enjoyed our time with grandparents and a 2 year old. Three bathrooms and so many rooms were awesome for a larger family vacation. We cooked and the kitchen had all the basics you need. Stairs to access were not fun when with kids. I wish the hotel had more walkways vs stairs (like in Phase 2).

Best condo!!!

We were blown away by this condo. The stairs to the condo are steps away from the pool and the beach so it was easy to send our kids back up to the patio to grab a toy or see another family member. The ocean view was amazing, as we sat on the porch each night and watched the sunset. The kids loved the bunk bed room. Cannot recommend enough. We will be back!

Condo was perfect, very accommodating for my family. I've been going to Las Palomas for about 10 years and the service from the staff at the front desk has gone downhill. Jamie, the host of the condo has been great and very communicative. I will definitely rent from Jaime again in the future.

Best patio at Las Palomas

This unit is amazing. It has 3 large bedrooms and baths plus a fun bunk room. No need to use the elevator to get to your room. Just walk up from the pool area. We loved this for eating lunch, making drinks and bathroom breaks. The patio is huge and basically on the water. Nice patio furniture to relax and watch the sun set. The only minor set back was in the kitchen. There are plenty of glasses, plates and silverware. It would have been great to have serving dishes... we will bring our own next time..... we will definitely be renting this unit again!!!! It's amazing!!!

Great location in phase 1 ground floor

Awesome location. Beautiful view. Unit needed some maintenance. Ice machine not working. Refrigerator took a while to cool. 50/50 keeping food cool for 5 days. Maintenance did check and ordered part. They provided a bag of ice. Las Palomas Quick to respond and evaluate. TV in one of master bedrooms. Room the first on left when entering unit was working 25% of time there. Front door needs some maintenance. Beds very comfortable in all rooms. Will definitely book this unit again. Family had a great time and appreciated quick responses on maintenance requests.

Unbeatable location

We've stayed at Las Palomas several times, and I don't know that we'll be able to stay in another unit after getting spoiled with this one! We had four adults and three teenagers, and it was absolutely perfect. Our biggest decision every day was beach or pool. The host was extremely responsive to a couple of questions I posed during our stay. You really cannot beat the ground floor, corner location. We felt completely safe, and never had any concerns with people being able to access our unit. And there's no price you can put on not having to deal with the Las Palomas elevators! A few suggestions that are Las Palomas specific, and have nothing to do with the host - bring dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and a good sponge. Las Palomas is stingy with them, and it's easier to just have your own instead of requesting another pod every time you want to run the dishwasher! Book this unit - you won't regret it!
