This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was comfortable and clean. We loved it!

Had an amazing stay here for a long weekend in November. House was great, it was amazing to stay right on the beach. Communication with SueAnn was super easy, if we had a question or needed something, I just texted and she took care of it right away. Already planning our next trip here!

Bella sirena doesn’t disappoint!

The location can’t be beat. Beautiful ocean views and access to the beach. We had 8 adults and the house is very spacious and comfortable. It’s 5 bedrooms but one of them is a casita that is not attached to the house. The house itself needs a little loving care because of its age, but was clean and comfortable. Would probably stay again because of the size and location and don’t have to deal with a parking garage or elevator.

Nice beach house

Stay was nice. Only complaint is that we paid to rent a beach house on the beach but we always had to walk way down the way for beach access. Should just be able to walk out the back of the property but security wouldn’t allow it because of the plants they are trying to grow. Besides that small inconvenience we had a lot of fun. Garage parking was super nice.

Best In Rocky Point

This property was perfect for our family: 11 adults(some adult children) and 2 kids. Being right on the beach but also at a resort gave us the best of both worlds! Pool and food was on point, beach view and access was the best ever. Communication with the property manager was outstanding and more than we could have asked for. We will be staying again and looking to book another property here at the same time, next year!!!

Perfect Property for family & friends!

We had a large group for Labor Day weekend and this property was perfect for our group. The place looks just as great in person as the pictures. Sue Ann was always quick to answer any questions and we had a minor AC issue that she had resolved within a couple hours. We will definitely be back!
