Loved the ambience of the hotel. Slightly out of town and taxis were not a problem. Best breakfast with fresh fruit was a treat.

This is a beautiful property with stunning Mountain View’s, particularly from one lounge area with a fireplace. The owners are lovely people who are very helpful.

Hostal Baquedano was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Natales ahead and after completing the W trek. The location was great and only a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal to Torres Del Paine, and 5 minutes to the very centre of Natales- close to restaurants and shops. The owner was lovely and very helpful, helping us to store our extra luggage during the trek and this was waiting for us in our room when we returned. Sensational property. Clean, comfortable and the views are unbelievable! Thanks for a great stay, such a great property

The staff at Appelgren went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. They helped us book a car before we arrived. They also made excellent recommendations for restaurants and gave us useful travel tips.

Awesome location, staff could not be more friendly and helpful with everything. No lifts though so be mindful of that. Also great night club across the road so u will hear load music on the weekends. But we went to the club so we loved it.

Everything was amazing

Lovely hotel, the rooms are beautiful, the staff are super helpful, and they have about 5 house dogs which greet you at the door and make it feel like home.

Great hotel to stay in Puerto Natales. The hotel is new, clean and the staff is super accommodating.

Clean and cosy

Spacious room with great views, few kilometres into town so car or uber needed.

This was our second stay in a week. The staff made us so welcome again. Love this hotel!

Nice small hotel, nothing fancy but comfortable. Walk to everything. Close to restaurants.

the apartment had everything we needed and it’s within an easy walking distance of the city centre. The people managing the place are amazing—supportive and genuinely caring—which was the highlight of our booking. I accidentally left my fancy multi charger/adapter in the unit, and they called straight away and organised pickup, which I really appreciated. Everything was great, especially considering the price. My only suggestion would be to replace the current beautiful blind with something...

Nice hotel. Rooms are quite small but overall a comfortable place to sleep after a long day at the park
