Very friendly staff, clean rooms and price worthy. Extended stay one extra night. You can hear through the rooms slightly so recommend bringing earplugs, but for the price it’s not an issue.

Loved this place! Super clean, quiet and cozy. Mattresses were soft and comfortable. Shower is awesome, great pressure rain shower and hot water. Staff are nice and welcoming. Breakfast is great 😊 Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend!

Staff is extremely friendly and available. We hiked the W and it was well set up to store our luggage while we trekked and provide breakfast before we left, easily accommodating our crazy time schedules. Room was clean, space was plenty. 11 min walk to bus terminal. Perfect place for us!

Comfortable rooms and bathrooms with everything we needed for our stays before and after our Torres del Paine trek. The owners are very helpful, kind, and caring, and made our time here a delight.

Had an enjoyable stay and greatly appreciated the friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Nice breakfast included - you can either request a to go or eat it in. They made scrambled eggs to order for me! Hector and Sandra really care and it shows!

Highly recommended

We stayed here the night before and after the W hike. We loved it! The owner is very welcoming and gave us good recommendations. I lost a shoe, that turned out to be on the shuttle bus from the airport, but the owner checked everywhere and even went back to look at the security camera to help me figure out where my shoe was. The room was clean and had all we needed. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay again here.

Highly highly recommend. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Great breakfast and very safe. The real highlight however is the owners; they are so generous and go out of their way to help you and make sure you have everything you need. We can’t thank them enough! Thanks for an amazing stay!

The owners did an excellent job. They seemed to be there 24 hours a day. The room is basic but clean and the shower is basic but hot with clean towel. The WiFi was a little spotty in our room but not anywhere in the lobby area. We stayed there on two separate nights while doing the w trek and the held our excess luggage. Breakfast was more and better than expected. I will recommend to family and friends when they do the w trek

This was a perfect, one night stay in Natales before heading to Argentina. The staff was friendly and helpful and will make you breakfast to go if you need to leave before it’s served. The room was cozy and clean. If you have a car, be sure to ask about parking, we got a ticket on an unmarked street when parked for just about 10 minutes! Overall though, excellent place to stay.

I stayed at Hostal Baquedano for 6 nights as a solo female traveler (I was not able to find decently priced accommodations inside Torres del Paine National Park bc I waited to the last minute to book lodging). Finding this gem, however, worked out for the best as I was able to be centrally located in Puerto Natales and see a lot of the park by booking daily tours (every tour I booked was able to pick me up before and drop me off after each tour). It is a simple, safe, wonderful, clean and centrally located hotel with walkable access to the waterfront and a lot of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores to pick up essentials. The owners, Hector and Sandra, are wonderful hosts and are so immensely kind. I loved my stay and would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat.
