"The Dreams entertainment team was amazing!!!! Shout out to Dylan, Antonio, and Sue for keeping us active, making us laugh and most importantly for making us feel so welcome. The 7 restaurants were beautiful and the food was great. There are so many things to do that you will not be bored during your stay. The staff is super nice and helpful. We loved staying here and highly recommend going to Dreams Jade. -Tom & Anna "

"Amazing people and place"

"I like their shows every night. But what I didn’t like about that resort was how they changed our room from 2 beds to 1 king bed and the room wasn’t ocean view. They wasted our time to move to different room after we complained. That wasn’t convenient. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel with great pools, amazing food and nice staff. Lots of dining options, the Japanese is a must, what a show with the fire. It’s not too big so we were able to try all of the pools at each of the sister hotels, the cliff jump and slide at El Cid was perfect for the kids and lots of fun games during the day and the pool overlooking the sea was lovely. Wonderful evening shows! We have been to lots of places in Mexico including moon palace but El Cid is my favourite by far. "

"The property was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities you need to never leave the resort. However, it was a ways away from the shopping and restaurants in Cancun. They do have taxis waiting outside the gate for convenience. "

"We loved the vibe and the food at all of their venues on site most of all but the airconditioning on the room and throughout the hotel was lacking(never cool), not a single fan above on ceilings in rooms which should be next in Mexico. The service was hit or miss with some staff being excellent while others didn’t seem to care at all. The lack of property information for the hours of operation and the facilities was annoying and we were told conflicting information after having to repeatedly seek out information for ourselves. But they were always sure to approach us repeatedly about the “timeshare” options that we told them no thank you to daily. I would text this hotel for sure because of the food and the area definitely. No silverware or any dishes on the kitchen meant we could not use it and the coffee maker was broken as well as poorly working airconditioning that make us wake up sweating on the nights. "
