"It was a great time. I had a late flight and they quickly gave me options that varied depending if I wanted to spend extra money or not. Very kind team. Even though they are still in repairs from the hurricanes they made my stay wonderful. Definitely would stay with them again."

"Cuarto muy viejo, el personal muy malo estuvimos 40 minutos esperando el check out . Nos querían cobrar cosas de más. No nos dejaron estar en la alberca que porque había un evento privado y no nos daban acceso a la habitación para al menos estar en esa alberca. Muy mal servicio "

"Great hotel with great amenities. Premiums rooms with ocean view in front of the pools are really comfortable; however, this time we found a roach in our room. The hotel is clean, so I believe this is the risk when the room is near the kitchens of the restaurants. Of course this does not change our opinion about this great hotel and that’s why we have come many times in the past two years."
