"We stayed in penthouse unit 10 and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. It was clean, well layed out, had everything we needed and three balconies that had unbelievable views of the bay over to Cancun. It is on the south end of the island so much quieter but a little bit of a drive if you are spending a lot of time back and forth into town or north beach. "This was a great place for us to stay! I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, we rented a golf cart and never had any issues with parking close by. It is also very walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. It is very new and well built and pretty. The rooftop pool was great we went up there almost daily to watch the sunset and it was usually just us. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful. Had a great time overall!"

"Location is perfect to restaurants/shopping/beach. The roof top pool is a nice addition to the property. Golf cart rental is across the street and a bakery is next door with really good coffee/lattes. The only draw back is the dogs barking all night across the street and the club at end of corner playing really loud music til 2am. That is no fault of the property and I know that is out of their control. Other than that the place is great"

"We LOVED this Condo! The accommodations are beautiful and spacious and we had everything we needed. The view and "our beach" were amazing! This is our first visit to Cancun, the water color is breathtaking! While there are resorts on either side of the condo, for our stay, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves, other than people walking along the shoreline. "The condo was great. Very spacious and a beyond wonderful deck. It was a very beautiful condo and a nice location. The pool and dedicated beach chairs were amazing. It was fabulous to have the Mayan Beach restaurant on site. The food was plentiful and delish. The condo was visited by the maids every two days. The condo was very clean. Overall highly recommended."

"The location was great! Comfortable clean beds, and good setup in Condo. A/C works well. Easy check in. No elevator, so lugging suitcases up the stairs is required. Noisy at night until late on the weekends but it is to be expected. It could use a new TV as the speaker was going out. Always felt safe, staff is very welcoming. We would definitely come back!"
