Jimena was very friendly and made the hotel stay exceptional. The room itself needed to be cleaned a bit further

The moment we stepped into our room, the stench of humidity hit us like a slap in the face. It was suffocating, and even the walls seemed to be soaked with it. And as if that wasn't enough, the hotel staff, who greeted us late at night, seemed utterly clueless about their own job. They had the audacity to try and charge us an extra $55 USD for our stay, even though we had already paid in full through Expedia. It's absolutely infuriating! And let's not forget how difficult it is to get around without a car. The only saving grace was the fixed rate they had with the taxi company. As for breakfast, it was just okay

Such lovely front desk ladies. Cooked us empanadas after we returned from Iguazu Falls and were too tired to go out for a big dinner. Wonderful relaxing pool at the end of a very hot day!

This is a decent jungle hotel, not too fancy, but the mattress is firm and the pillows were good. The breakfast is good, not great. Decent value for the price. Was only there to sleep and left early the next day for the falls.

Insgesamt haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und das Hotel ist sehr neu. Die Poolanlage ist nett. Kleiner Nachteil ist tatsächlich, dass es sehr ungünstig ist, dass die Zimmer zur Terrasse raus zeigen und man daher alles im Zimmer sehen kann, wenn die Vorhänge offen sind. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist leider auch nicht so üppig, wie es die Bilder versprechen. Insgesamt würden wir trotzdem unseren Aufenthalt dort als sehr gut bewerten.

Struttura in legno nuova e rilassante con piscina personale disponibile transfer con taxi per andare al centro citta per questo è molto bello stare lontano dal caos in mezzo alla natura

El personal es muy amable y te dan todo tipo de información e indicaciones tanto para hacer uso del hotel como para el turismo. Incluso nos prepararon el mate con todo los accesorios. Muy bonita estancia con ellos. Muy recomendado.
