The room they gave us was a very old one, the breakfast was pretty good, we really liked it, staff was ok, very comfortable beds, overall the hotel was clean.

The location is lovely, with easy access to walk along the river. The view from my room window was of trees, with birds singing. The large outdoor pool was wonderful.

The hotel is quite old, but clean and everything worked. Water taps are a little tricky, and their online check-in (for automatic key pickup) didn't work. Breakfast is quite simple but ok. The location is nice, a few blocks from the park of the three borders that has a couple of nice restaurants.

Hotel location is excellent, Installations are poor. The bathroom zinc in my room fell down totally and I had to move to another room that share a door with the next room. Breakfast options were good. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Fine hotel, helpful staff

It's the other side of town to the falls so costs a bit more in a taxi to get there. We were there in late December and everything smelt a bit musty because of the dampness from the afternoon rains.

The staff was very unfriendly. Only one waiter, don't remember the name, he doesn't have hair, was really good. The sensation was that the rest of the staff was trying to let me know that they didn't want me to be there.

Hotel bem localizado. O saguão é belíssimo. O hotel é antigo mas tem uma estrutura excelente. Ja me hospedei anteriormente e voltei. Como pontos importantes para melhorar, destaco o colchão do quarto em que ficamos que esta formando uns rebaixamentos e os travesseiros que são muito altos. Dessa vez levamos os nossos travesseiros…

Très bon rapport qualité prix, grande piscine.

Très bien placé, près des tres Fronteras, et d'un petit snack à côté. L'hôtel est joli, il a une grande piscine et un bureau pour les excursions, le petit déjeuner est bon, il pourrait être un peu rafraîchi.

Atendimento muito ruim

Atendimento ruim, recepcionistas sem paciência e sem vontade de ajudar. Não vende água ou outras bebidas a noite, ou seja, se acabar o que tem no frigobar passa sede. A estrutura é bem antiga e falta manutenção em alguns lugares, o elevador deve ter uns 40 anos e fiquei preso nele. Café da manhã faltava ovos e poucas variedades de comida. Na escada ficavam umas abelhas mortas por dias, a limpeza não era frequente.
