The hotel location offers beautiful views of the three countries. There are several restaurants overlooking the rivers close to the Tres Fronteras that are easy to walk to. The room was comfortable but a bit beat up in places. The staff was helpful and friendly.

We had a great experience here! We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before check-in and run to the port for the last dinner cruise of the evening. The clerk kept our bags safe until late in the evening when we got back and checked-in. The rooms were great with amazing views of the 3 borders, breakfast had a great selection of food including local offerings and on check-out we were allowed an extra hour to get our things together because we were running late. Overall it has amazing views inside and out, even the views from the gym are impressive while you work out. We highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Puerto Iguazu.

Really nice hotel... great art throughout the hotel, the pool area is lovely. the staff are friendly and helpful.. The cleaner in my room was a sweetie... Diego in the bar was a great guy.

Excellent location with a view of three countries. Despite being in a process of renovation the facility was in excellent condition, clean and inviting. The staff was very helpful. The outdoor pool is phenomenal.

Good hotel, nice pool

The hotel has a nice swimming pool that was open. The jacuzzi appeared to be under repair, as it was not filled with water when I was there. I found the service to be good, and I found it easy to get help from the front desk staff for information about the Falls, or places to eat in Puerto Iguassu. Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at for a couple of nights.

The facilities of the hotel are outdated. The toilet door has cracks and stains are around the bathtub. The access key cards have problems. There is no coffee maker or electric kettle in the room. The complimentary water is only on the first day. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Not a 5 star. Was Ok.

There’s no way this hotel is 5 stars. It’s very outdated and hot. AC is not strong enough in common area. Our room had a great view , but the carpet gotta go. It’s filthy!!!! I’m glad we had slippers. The bathroom seems renovated, but the sink faucet only has hot water ! Pool was great. Buffer breakfast was a joke. All carbs and fruits. No egg station and will charge for especially coffee. There are Gnats on the display fruit which has a rotten eggplant in it. No one cares. I told a waiter he just shook his hands over them to fly away !!!! Very close to “ Rio Uruguay” the bus to airport or falls. Walking distance to city center and food. Make sure taxis don’t scam you!!! The hotel is going under renovation so hopefully will be a 5 star soon. But no way right now. No water station or coffee in common area.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Kind people working all over the hotel. Everything just seemed a bit dated. They were doing construction, so that should help. Things were very clean — again, just felt sort of “old”. I think they are updating. Looking forward to seeing those updates on the next trip.

Really loved spending the last day of our Argentina vacation at the pool. From the hotel you can see Brasil and Paraguay across the river. The included breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of choices. Hotel staff was very welcoming.
