I enjoyed my stay and would come here every time when I visit puerto. Staff was really nice. It’s very convenient, right to the point, beds, ac, tvs and beach access. It’s mom and pop so I totally loved that, I don’t like the corporate feel so I will definitely come back. Beach access was great and I saw a lot of complaints of their access but you can’t find beauty at your fingertips so the only walk was worth it. Very beautiful and loved my stay.

it was amazing vacation I definitely recommend this place as a private beach . Pool and you and you can be in the pool all night if you want it’s awesome and the view is fabulous.

Lovely staff, old hotel

We had a very positive experience here as we wanted to be close to Playa Coral. We saw a mantaray from the beach on our first morning which was very special. The place seems very run down though, and there are lots of parts that seem to be abandoned close to the beach.

On the beach but run down

On the beach. The beach is beautiful but has a lot of rocks. Close enough to walk to Carrizalillo. The reception is nice. The rest of the hotel is really run down and needs a renovation.

I took my grandparents out for the weekend, it was all our first time in Puerto Escondido. It was such a gorgeous place the stay was amazing as well, the staff were all nice they would greet you every time you crossed paths with them. My grandma loves to talk and the people in the front desk didn’t seem to mind her friendliness. The front desk were always friendly faces and we looked forward to seeing them. Muchas gracias por su hospedaje espero regresar pronto con ustedes!

Not safe if you have kids younger than 7 years old. It’s by the beach, but to get there you must descend about 4 floors walking on a concrete ramp without rails that has a steep slope. Between the beach and the hotel there is a guest house not part of the hotel. The rooms say NO SMOKING, but when we got to our room the room was impregnated with cigarette smell. I opened all windows and doors for about 2 hours, after my head began to hurt, I made the only employee I saw up front aware of it; and he said he couldn’t do anything because I didn’t say it at arrival. After I pushed, he said he would speak to management and let me know, but did ask me if I had undone the beds already. We went out to dine, when we came back he did change our room and we got to rest, and we headed out the next morning. While the night, a couple were smoking weed at the pool area. The pictures of the pool make this place look kid friendly, or family oriented but it is not.

I saw many were working on repairing, so I assume everything will turn out to be beautiful in the future. But, as of right now, I see many cosmetic deteriorations, which makes the hotel look like an abandoned building. Also, pictures of water slides should be taken off. My kids were so looking forward to playing there, but it was not the case.

Nos encontramos con 2 personas algo groseras, uno en recepcion, que nos nego poder llevar nuestra toalla a la playa y una recamarera que nos quizo cobrwr la limpieza de una funda, la cual lavamos y no paso a mayores, en general la gente suuuper amable con excepción de estas 2 personas, capaciten bien al personal para wue no den instrucciones confusas

Me gustó la vista, lo que no me gustó es que al llegar no estaba lista la habitación y hasta las 4 de la tarde pudimos entrar a nuestra habitación y no estaba bien limpia,el baño olía a orines y se veía sucio,en el restaurante todos muy groseros como si te hicieran un favor, los precios caros y la comida super x. Lo que lo salva es que la vista es bonita. Pero deberían aplicarse más, en general el hotel se ve descuidado y el personal no es amable y para lo que uno paga deberíamos tener un servicio de 10.
