El hotel tiene áreas de mejora importantes. La primera habitación tenía fallas con el aire acondicionado —no enfriaba y cambiaba de temperatura constantemente—, por lo que tuvimos que solicitar un cambio. La segunda habitación estaba en mejores condiciones, aunque el mantenimiento general sigue siendo un punto débil. Lo más incómodo fue la respuesta de la administración: ante nuestra inconformidad, la actitud fue poco empática y poco abierta a ofrecer soluciones, lo que nos hizo sentir que no había disposición para atender al huésped. Esto influyó negativamente en nuestra experiencia. Lo positivo: el personal operativo —en especial Mary y Jacobo— fue muy amable y profesional, y el desayuno incluido es bueno. En resumen, el personal y el desayuno destacan, pero el mantenimiento del hotel y el trato por parte de la administración necesitan mejorar significativamente para que la estancia sea satisfactoria.

The rooms were OK, however, they lack a personal safe. There were gaps in the doors that allowed local insects to crawl in. I asked the front desk for assistance getting a small lizard out of the room, and they never showed up They later told me it was harmless. The staff was not friendly most of the time.

La habitación bien, el personal bien, solo un detalle en la habitación me falto jabón de baño y pocas toallas para bañar eramos 4 huéspedes y el primer día solo había 2 toallas, pedí más y sin problema después. el último día de estancia un poco sucia la alberca supongo por ser muy temprano a las 8 de la mañana, mejora: tener maquinas expedidoras de alimentos o bebidas porque el restaurante cierra a las 10 y no había donde comprar algo de emergencia más noche.
