Beach & City Center/ Cozy Flat Puerto

  • My apartment is located right on the sea and is in the city center, close to all amenities such as; shops, restaurants and shopping center.
    It is newly built and newly furnished with grace and simplicity, a comfortable open-space entrance hall with kitchen and living room with sofa bed + bedroom and bathroom, and parking space in the garage.
    Puerto del Rosario is a lively town, with many murals and sculptures that cheer the streets and the promenade, a beautiful white beach (cicha bay) is also ideal as a point of
    of arrival because it is only 7 km from the airport, and is in the center of the island, halfway between north and south to be able to visit it comfortably.
