I only booked this hotel for one night as I was on a road trip around Tenerife. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is in such a fab location with Plaza del Charco just a couple of blocks away and the pedestrian walkway to Martinez close by in the opposite direction. The hotel was fantastic value for money and would recommend this compared to a catered hotel, because the money you save, you can eat out in proper restaurants. Would definitely chose this hotel again when I next visit.

The hotel rooms are really old. No air conditioning. It was really hot. But the area it’s great and it was really clean. The staff were nice as well.

Perfect location and clean hotel. It needs updating but it is clean and the staff is so helpful. The worst part for me was the breakfast choices. Ended up having a simple breakfast with coffee and muffins. Other things offered were not for me.

Worth the money.

Room was tidy. Mattresses are firm. No car parking on site, but only a 5 min walk to a car park. Staff were friendly. Wifi didn’t work at all for 9 nights. When showering, make sure the front power switch is on or the water won’t heat up. The location is perfect. Township right at your door.

The hotel is starting to show its age and will need to be renovated soon if it is to remain a good place to stay. The staff are pleasant and cleaners do a good job but it is difficult to hide the need for refurbishment. Rooftop pool is quite small but very pleasant with an amazing view. The sunbeds look to be quite new so hopefully the pool tiles will be renewed as well before long. Well-placed for restaurants, shopping & beach. Easy walk to the newer part of town. I would love to stay there again but only if it has been updated.

It's been a decent days at 4Dreams Hotel, only the bed and wasn't comfortable at all. Feels sometimes sleeping on the floor. Also the main picture about the hotel is not the same what actually the hotel is, Apart from that, i really like that, highly recommend it.

Horrendous

Avoid at all costs. I’ve been here eight days and I haven’t slept One night peacefully with screaming kids staying in the rooms constantly and the hotel staff doing absolutely nothing about it running around banging on doors shouting at all hours of the day. Not to mention the Wi-Fi doesn’t work whatsoever. Very tired and run down. They clearly have zero Respect for their guests

Paid extra for a double bed, only got two singles 😡 Got put next to the lift that you can hear going up and down. You have heard others say about the loud night life. I must have been on the other side, all I got was a noisy school a church bells going off every 15min

Excelente ubicación y trato del personal. Alojamiento ideal para una escapada al puerto de la Cruz, es una opción muy interesante si buscas algo económico con unos mínimos de comodidad y limpieza.
