Quiet and clean condo!

Clean and comfortable with a great little porch with chairs , comfy king bed and a 4 chair kitchen table. We had a small issue with the TV remote that was quickly resolved. Great relaxing pool area with newer lounge chairs. Almost all condos overlook the pool. Check in hostess and PM Alexandria was terrific and even helped us with a Lavanderia and golf cart rental.

The property was suitable for sleeping and luckily that is all we intended to use it for. There were many things "out of order" like the outlet in the bathroom and the holes in the wall where a TV and cables were removed. The windows didn't lock and some other deferred maintenance. The pool always looked clean but we didn't use it. We didn't see anyone else in the pool either. There is no front desk or really a presence of employees at any time other than every other day towel service. All of the activities listed as "on site" really are more "in the town" of Puerto Aventuras and not specifically at or for the hotel. It has potential, but the feel is more like a condo building that has been deserted and new ownership may be trying to turn it into more of a rental opportunity. Not a bad place but not everything that is advertised.

Clean, newly updated roomy condo with pool.

Small beach access with wonderful protected swimming area just a 1/2 block away. Amenities close. Recommend transportation of some variety (bike, golf cart, car). We rented a car and were able to go to many of the local attractions (Tulum, Chitchen-Itza, Akumal Beach (turtles), and the other surrounding areas.

We had no hot water in the apartment we were originally given, but we were able to switch to a room that did have hot water. The manager, Oscar, was prompt, friendly, and effective in helping us with any problems we had with the room.

If you plan on NOT being in the unit very much, it's fine. The bare minimum of bare minimum. Nothing was bad, just wasn't good either. Honestly felt more like motel than a condo unit.

They seemed to be in the process of doing some repairs on the outside of the building. It was kinda noisy during the day, but nothing too obnoxious. The worst part of the stay was how uncomfortable the beds were. They also have some pretty strict rules about not being in the common areas after 8pm. I wouldn’t choose this property again.
