"Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"

Appreciated the small touches like kettle with complementary tea and coffee, toilet paper and daily cleaning.
