"Very good, modern hotel, great location not far from the Paradise beach.
This hotel is new, and although happy with the stay, the hotel needs to improve on the following:
1. No toilet paper was available.
2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work.
3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked.
4. Uber is sporadic here, drivers reluctant to accept trip 30 minutes from town. The hotel was unable to provide details of other local transport. Next...

"Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"

"Good thing about the property was that it was very spacious. 2bhk flat with 2 bathrooms & balcomies.
The disappointing thing is that the advertisement on the website doesn't match the real condition of the space. Moreover, the place is poorly maintained with limited facilities provided.
They charge exorbitantly for meagre service. A very unethical practice.

"I loved all the colours and the sea breeze. The rooftop terrace was stunning. Loved the whole vibe. Very quiet. I wouldn’t worry with the ocean view, it’s too far away really. That’s not a negative thing I just wouldn’t promote it as having ocean views. I’ll be back for sure. "

"Nice enough rooms. Basic but fine. Good location. Dont expect a view unless you book a room with a balcony. The thing that makes this such a good hotel is Marc on reception. He was outstanding in his manner and helpfulness. Really helpful suggesting places to visit or eat, and helped arrange our onward travel. "
