Centrally located, but in a quiet stretch at 452 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA and across the street from the beach, our condo awaits you. Walk to fabulous bars and restaurants, enjoy direct access to the beach across the street, as well as views of the water from nearly every room. Our two bedroom condo offers both the new and the old Cape Cod life. The unit comes with exclusive use of the 158 square foot covered downstairs porch. Nicely appointed with everything you'll need for a beach vacation, including: towels and linens, kitchen and cooking supplies, beach chairs and towels, in an immaculate well cared for old Cape Cod home. Relax and enjoy....Provincetown awaits you!
Regarding parking:
We have a spot for loading & unloading bags, etc, but there are no spots on the property for renters. You can park on Commercial St where there are lots of spots. PARKING IS METERED. Depending on the time of day, you may have to park a couple blocks away, but the house is across from the beach, and steps from a grocery store, not to mention only a few blocks from coffee shops & restaurants, bars, etc so most people don't need to use their car much. There are also numerous municipal and private parking lots located within walking distance that offer daily and long term parking. The Ptown Chamber of Commerce parking information page contains a map showing where all the parking lots are located.

Gail's condo was perfect for us (me, my husband, and our adult son)! Cozy but plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, within walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to see and do. Gail was a great host, gave us plenty of information ahead of time and was responsive while we were there. I highly recommend this VRBO!

My partner and I came with a group of friends and had a wonderful time at the Tall Ship Condos. The showers had good pressure and were hot. The beds were comfortable. We also used the pull out bed in the couch which was alway comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful, pet friendly, comfortable, convenient. My third stay here, and it was delightful. The big front porch is a great place to hang out, and there is a direct access to the beach right across the street, with a little peek of the bay. PAAM and Angel Foods are right there, too. Food, art, ocean view--what more could you want?

Comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described! A great front porch for watching everything on Commercial Street; beach access directly across the street; PAAM on the other corner; an abundance of galleries and restaurants in close proximity. And dog friendly! We loved it!

Total score! Wonderful location- so convenient to beach and town. Porch is incomparable. Parking not a big deal even over the week of the fourth. We stayed a week and had some teens with us for two nights. It was perfect for all ages. The spot is perfectly appointed with just what you need, making it so easy. Of course, doesn't hurt to have Angel Foods across the street (sandwiches, wine, lemon bread!). My only regret is we didn't stay two weeks.

We loved this little place just a short walk Provincetown’s center and right across the street from beach access. We stayed in the unit with the lower front porch and it was so nice to enjoy a cup of tea and a book out there. Gail was quick with communication and the check in process was super smooth. Parking was a bit of a challenge but we lucked out with some spots fairly close. We followed the street cleaning rules and glad we did - seems like a $100 parking ticket if you leave your car in a street cleaning zone!! Over all we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place and Provincetown in general.

My sister and I are repeat renters at Tallship and this was my friend's first time joining us. We take an annual trip each April and this home DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. Great location...quiet and beach access across the street. Condo is impeccably clean; kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. This week the weather was fantastic; enjoyed walking on the beach during low tide and strolling down Commercial Street. Several shops and restaurants open...1620 Brewhouse always a must stop. Already planning next year's trip.

The condo was roomy and comfortable. It is situated right on Commericial Street which makes it easy to go anywhere in town, and is especially walkable. Seating on the porch made it easy to "people watch" and enjoy the warm weather without leaving the apartment. But if you did choose to walk along the beach there is a public entrance directly across the street. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

This condo is absolutely spectacular. Gail honored its history while adding important modern conveniences. It is clear that a great deal of care and taste have been applied to preparing it for rental. They've attended to every detail down to providing beach chairs, beach towels, and dog dishes. The location is excellent with beach access across the street, and a grocery store just steps away.

Overall a cozy place with a great location. Not really spacious as described but fine for us (2 adults and a dog). As noted - parking is a challenge. We opted to pay for a lot for the week rather than hunt for a spot and worry about moving the car for street sweeping. Upstairs neighbors were loud - especially at night. And you can hear everything they are doing. They also threw a party and left behind garbage both inside and outside in common areas. So that was disappointing. Overall a nice cozy place in a good location. At this price point my experience is that there are much more dog friendly options across Ptown with a stronger sense of hospitality.

This is our third time staying in Tall Ships. Such a beautiful home with amazing flowers. The covered porch is peaceful and relaxing for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Provinvcetown is super dog friendly and we brought both our dogs that love walks in the beach across the street and naps on the porch. Walking distance to top rated restaurants and a short stroll to the center of Commercial Street. Has everything you need! Nice size kitchen with so many kitchen tools to cook up some meals. The beds are very comfortable to make you feel right at home. So hard to leave such a beautiful place. We hope to be back.

We had a nice stay at this property. The location is very good right on Commercial St, beach access directly across the street. The beds were very comfortable. The only down side was our unit did not include a parking spot which was a big inconvenience. Finding a parking spot on commercial st every time you need to use your car is not easy. Ended up having to pay for parking for the duration of our stay. In fairness to the owner it was clear that a parking spot was not included. It was just a bigger inconvenience then We had thought it would have been. Overall we had a nice stay.

My sister and I made a return trip to this condo; this time my 10 year old nephew joined us. The listing for this property is very accurate: impeccably clean, plenty of towels, linens, etc., and easy/comfortable communication with the owner. We enjoyed some leisurely afternoons on the front porch and easy access to the beach for low tide exploring. We hope to return again next year; this place feels like home. A couple tips for future renters: 1. Once you park don't move your vehicle until you're ready to go home; especially during peak-season. 2. If you plan on eating in most nights bring spices/herbs/roasting pan for the oven.

Initially it was great. Right down to the "junk" drawer. Feels like a house. But, due to my disabilities, there were some hiccups. I misread and didn't re-read the parking. Do not park in the driveway as it's not for guests, just cleaning crews. I also had a medical emergency the morning I had to leave. This resulted in leaving late. Gail won't contact you unless there's a problem. And she tries to act like your mother. Could have been a bit nicer about things, benefit of the doubt at the very least that there was an innocent mistake. I won't be staying again because of this interaction with her, but the property is nice. There is water damage in the master bathroom on the ceiling. It was dry, but apparent. Floors need leveling. Old house, I get.it. But there are solutions.
