This unit while small in size is big in character with a comfortable full size bed and smart tv and a deck to have your morning coffee on while you watch sail boats float by. Our kitchenette offers a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot & toaster in addition to dishes and utensils. Our small space bath offers all you need for your stay including a shower to use after your swims in the bay. Relax on the deck or the beach with spectacular views of the bay. With the studio located off Provincetown Historic Commercial Street, you can enjoy a stroll while visiting the many galleries, unique stores, coffee shops and restaurants just minutes from the studio.
For those who want to stay active, during the day you can bike ride or hike on the nearby trails and in the evenings enjoy the many options for casual or fine dinning and live entertainment.

I had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the easy beach access and stunning bay views right outside the door—it made mornings and sunsets extra special. Location was convenient, check-in was smooth, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Perfect Ptown studio. This cozy, compact studio was spotless at check in and has everything you need with a well-equipped kitchenette, small fridge, and is quiet. The patio with water views was great for morning coffee or an evening drink, plus easy beach access right outside. Location was very good, just a short walk to the ferry and town hall with everything minutes away. Raul was an exceptional host, responding quickly and was so helpful. Overall great value with a perfect blend of comfort, location, and right off Commercial St. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

The location is fantastic! The unit is traditional P-town small, but very adequate for two people. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the breeze and view. Also, sunrise and sunset were fantastic from this vantage point! Some of our favorite restaurants were just steps away (Mews, Strangers and Saints, Pepe's).

Lovely little space

What a lovely little studio that left me wanting for nothing. Warning to taller folks... I'm 5'4" and I could easily touch the ceiling. Great space for 1 person or two people who don't need a lot of space.

Fantastic weekend

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this little studio. The room is very small but was fine for sleeping. The area outside the studio was very nice - a beautiful, gentle consistent breeze was refreshing. The beach just steps from the door was great. Be prepared for the only two negatives - their is no cooking in this studio (no stove, oven) and there really is no parking - street parking is very hard to come by and the "lots" are $40 overnight! We had wonderful meals out but $$$. We enjoyed the beaches and a whale watch. Lots to do or not do, and just relax

Quick trip to Ptown

Raul, the owner, was excellent to work with. Only one small issue and we figured it out in no time. The unit was a studio, but had everything we needed. The location on Commercial Street was perfect, close to all the action, but far enough away to be quiet. Would rent again without a doubt!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and literally just steps from the beach and water. The business district is only a short walk away, which made the location even better.As noted in the listing, the space is small. The bathroom is very tiny, and as someone who’s 6’3” with a lineman-type build, it was a bit tricky to navigate. The ceiling height is also on the shorter side—I had about 3 inches of clearance and even bumped my head on the ceiling lamp once overnight going to the bathroom. None of that is a deal-breaker—just something to be aware of if you’re taller.For me, the size wasn’t an issue because I only needed a spot to sleep, shower and wind down at the end of the day. It was perfect for a solo traveler, and I am already looking to stay here again.The host was great—he helped me sort out parking questions ahead of time, and provides phone numbers in the room in case you need anything. I never had to reach out since everything went smoothly, but it’s clear he cares about his guests.

Great stay

We had an incredible time in Ptown and the location of this apartment is unbeatable. You have private access to a small beach and are steps away from the main part of town without it being too loud at night. We took the ferry in and the apartment was about a 7-10 minute easy walk which was great. The communication with the property manager/renter was incredible. They responded within minutes with any questions, recommendations, or concerns leading up to our visit and during our stay. They allowed us to leave our luggage in a secure location after check out since our ferry did not leave until 3pm. The outdoor seating area on the deck was a great plus. Overall we had an incredible stay. I do want to mention that this is not the type of apartment that you come to stay indoors. It is more a home base to shower and sleep since it is so small. The photos do accurately depict how small the space is. I just want to mention that there are no photos of the bathroom online. My partner is 6' 3'' and I am 5' 7'' - we both had a rather hard time navigating the tiny bathroom. It is super small but again it suited its purpose for us and was manageable just slightly uncomfortable.Overall, an incredible stay on this property and would book it again!

Location, location, location!

This property was the perfect location for our weekend stay in Ptown! With beach access and a view, and walkability all around town you can't beat it. The host was very responsive from booking to check out and was even accommodating to allow us to check in an hour earlier! Keep in mind there is very limited street parking and no designated space for the unit so you will have to pay to park in a parking lot that is $30-40 per night. The host left us waters and popcorn, both bath and beach towels, but if you need to blow dry your hair don't forget to bring your own blow dryer. There is a very small bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower - but thankfully I am only 5ft tall so it was not an issue for me but might be for others who are larger. The studio was decorated very cute and thankfully had a desk fan and a nice ocean breeze when the windows are open since there is no AC. Overall great experience, we look forward to coming back to Ptown and would stay at this studio again!
