"I needed a place for myself for a 3-day weekend, and this was a perfect studio for it. Very clean. Pull out couch is very comfortable as a bed. Good instructions. Owner very responsive. Wonderful location near the beach. Just far enough away from the center of town to be out of the mayhem, but a nice walk into town."

"Property was walkable to restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Bedroom was good sized, living room smaller. Nice to have the various decks for an ocean view and to enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend! Thank-you also for a great host response time."

"Had a wonderful stay for a 10 day week+ Labor Day weeekend. Hosts live next door, which made check-in super easy. We didn’t need a thing during our stay, but it was good to know they were easily available. Great size 1 bedroom with a nice living room and cute outdoor space. We don’t cook much in ptown, but kitchen had everything one would need if they wanted to. Full size washer and dryer was a nice feature to do some laundry as we went and to keep towels and things fresh. Great space, great...

"My friends and I had a wonderful visit to Ptown enhanced by our stay with Russell. The location met our needs, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and location. The kitchen facilities were also very appropriate for our needs. There were some small discrepencies on the VRBO listing that Russell is working to fix, but nothing that impacted our stay. We appreciated for Russell's rapid communications and grateful for his patience, especially as we were checking out. We highly recommend the...

"The property is centrally located on Commercial Street! If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because it can be a little loud at night. I wasn’t bothered by the noise, but some may be. The apartment is so spacious and has everything you would need. There’s plenty of seating. The beds are comfortable. I have sensitive skin and the sheets are so soft! I will stay here every time I come to PTown if it’s available!"
