"Flory was an awesome host, she set up everything in advance that we requested and all of her recommendations were spot on! We had a group of 13 people, the house was set up perfect for the group and I highly recommend having dinner cooked at the villa, the chef was amazing and they made you feel like you were at a restaurant (again set up by Flory)! We also did the 4 hour quetzal/birding tour which was great. I would definitely return to this spot. One tip for travelers, it was cold so be prepared! "

"Dantica Cloud Forest Lodge is truly a special place. The cabins sit along the edge of the cloud forest, with sweeping views that bring nature right to your rooms, making everything feel alive and immersive. The hiking trails are rigorous yet rewarding, beautiful, quiet, and perfect for spotting rare birds and wildlife you don’t often see elsewhere. By day, the scenery is lush and vibrant; at night, the peaceful darkness settles in and feels wonderfully remote. If there’s one opportunity to improve, it would be the dinner service in the restaurant - on certain evenings, the wait can be quite long, though the food itself is excellent once it arrives. Overall, a memorable blend of comfort, serenity, and unforgettable nature."

"“Stunning” “Best vacation ever!” was repeated over and over by the travelers that went with us! This hidden gem was worth every penny. The house is beautiful, well maintained, nestled in the jungle!!! Truly could have stayed on property for a tranquil vacation easily. The wildlife, monkeys on our balcony, animals in the forest, the countless toucans and birds, plus the owl was our own private nature preserve! Suzanne was very informative and answered every question. Her staff was amazing and so helpful. While there we had Wil Tours provide chef services for a few nights (I'm a foodie and it was delicious!). We also had him book deep sea fishing, horseback riding on the beach (my favorite!!!!), monkey boat, zip lining and chocolate farm tour.!! All were fantastic!To wrap up our time away we had Angelica Spa for massages. So relaxing!Did I mention the pool or the beautiful well maintained grounds, endless tropical flowers and trees. All worth the time to get there!!!Highlight of the trip was the monkeys!!! Just to see them wild in nature and their crazy antics. We will cherish this vacation forever!"
