I'm a young handicapped permanently disabled individual and currently homeless facing multiple surgeries and in constant pain. I have to say hands down from the staff to the handicapped parking (which is constantly getting more difficult to access) was great. Staff was so kind and attentive. I wish I could find a way to Extend my Stay. There's no words to express how you have maybe quite honestly saved my life. I have to go to the hospital today but just wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation with all the complexities of my just struggling to survive you and your kind staff have most certainly changed my life. I hope to that in time I can show my appreciation.

We were very surprised at the hotel with the small kitchen that was provided. Also, very comfortable beds and ample parking.

Parking was easy however there were sketchy cars parked for hrs with several people in cars just sitting there with cars on as it was very cold. Did not feel totally safe. Room clean and pleasant however when opening bathroom door the handle came off in my husband hand. Also, bathroom toilet seat cracked in half upon sitting down. We are not that heavy as people. Kitchen was nice, lg frig microwave etc however you have to ask at the desk for your supplies to use. Plates, utensils etc. No dish soap provided. Had to go to store to buy some. Even with the few mishaps in the room, bed was comfy, t.v great, room was fine.
