The staff was courteous and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. The only complaint, was the heater/ AC unit was lound and difficult to use. It was either too hot or too cold, no warm. When adjusting the thermostat to make it slightly cooler, it would automatically turn the AC on.

For me to leave a negative review, things have to be really bad. It was really bad! When we entered our room, we were hit with a stench resembling when a cat has evacuated its bowels. The towels were scratchy. The hotel lot is super dark at night. We didn’t eat breakfast even though we paid for the up charge. The bright spot was the staff. The women were warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We were lucky that we were dead tired from our night out and only stayed for 1 night. We didn’t have to suffer long. This wasn’t up to the Marriott standards. We won’t stay there again.

Great place!

My sister and I stayed here with our children(5 kids) when visiting the pumpkin spectacular. They accommodated us with joining rooms. They had a pool. There was a fenced in courtyard with a propane fire. We would stay here again and recommend it!

Has decent amenities (when they are available, pool was closed while I was there and the "cafe" was missing many food items). Not sure if it was just the particular room I was in or if it is all of them but the A/C unit was incredibly loud. I could not sleep without ear plugs in. Otherwise it is still a nice and clean place to stay for a few days.

I always try to choose a Marriott when possible. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at one. Short staffed, no breakfast available 2 of our 4 mornings there, 2 beds for 5 people and when I asked for a roll-away for my grandson, we got a mattress with no bedding. 3 towels for 5 people, I didn’t get the extra pillows I asked for until the 2nd night and I had to ask again. I was not the only room with the sleeping arrangement issue, there was another family that had 3 people that was supposed to have a bed and sleeper sofa, but their room had no sofa. I could go on, but you get the point.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room we were given did not match our reservation. The carpet was wet, the sofa bed was broken, and the beds were full-sized instead of the queen-sized we had booked. To make matters worse, the toilet was clogged. We reported these issues to the front desk, but were met with careless and rude behavior. Feeling unheard, we called the main customer service number and a case was opened to report the front desk’s conduct (a young lady). Thankfully, we were eventually moved to a different room that met our expectations, queen-sized beds and a working sofa bed. However, the problems didn’t end there. After checkout, we were charged for “market consumption” items, even though we never used anything from the room or the bar. This added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, this stay was disappointing from start to finish. While the second room was acceptable, the poor service and unexpected charges left a bad impression. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Had a weird experience where I called twice to inform of red eye arrival (booked the room for 3pm but actually wasn't arriving until later in the evening, very late). Upon arrival someone had just taken a nap in one of my beds. There's more to the story but too much to write in a review. Luckily was upgraded to a different and nicer room.

I booked a king side bed with a sofa bed instead was given only a king side bed. After i got into the room immediately went to the front desk and the receptionist said expedia doesnt share that information with the hotel. I was complexed because it was a room option. She said she will get it over to me. After four hours went to dinner and seems like she forgot. When she saw me she said oh ill have it right over to you.
