Get what you get!
My only real complaint is the beds were a bit basic but for the price and the location, everything was perfect for a short stay. The owner was also easy to communicate with.

Everything was great …lots is space. Netflix available on the TV without any hassle. Plenty of blankets & towels and flexible, responsive host. A hidden gem, would definitely book again.

Property was clean, but the amenities were really barebones. Mattresses were not comfortable. Bed blankets very thin, not warm enough.

Checkin information wasn't provided until after we arrived. There were issues with communication early in the stay, but the owner reached out and made an attempt to correct the issue. An older rehabilitated home, that was exactly what was needed.....a place to sleep.

Weekend Trip
This home was perfect for a place to stay while attending my sister’s baby shower weekend. It was clean, well appointed, and private. There was plenty of the essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc) on hand as well as some nice touches such as coffee and fuzzy blankets to make us feel at home. Our only complaints were that the coffee machine wasn’t functioning, and that there’s only one mirror in the home which made getting ready a little tricky. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Thank you ❤️

Nice place with lots of room for a family of 4. 3 separate bedrooms. Very clean. The couch n kitchen chairs could be more comfortable but perfect for a few nights. Definitely worth the money and would stay again

Roger Williams Park stay
If you want to walk and run, visit a zoo, check out a nature center and museum this is the place for you. Quick hop on and off 95 and you can zip around RI. Shutout also for Dave’s Marketplace for stocking up and meals.

My lady made a mistake with the iron her foot got in the cord and it feel on the bed burning a small hole in the sheets and mattress cover. Please let know what I owe you
