The holiday ambience was great. The staff was friendly in all areas, the room clean, and amenities a nice extra touch. The only hiccup was that the coffee bar breakfast service was a bit slow to complete our order and not entirely accurate.

The staff was so friendly across the entire stay. Everyone was fantastic! The room was clean and it was a lovely historical hotel, but the staff really went above and beyond. The only downside was that there were people outside that were on some elicit substances and there was a fight involving dogs ...

Residence Inn Providence Downtown
Breakfast foods were fresh and varied. Coffee was not arabica and therefore did not taste great. But it was hot. Water for tea as also hot enough to brew a cup of tea. We had a nice stay. Thanks!!!
