We had no vehicle and can't speak to valet services, but a valet was always present in the lobby, ready to assist, and it was very easy to arrange Ubers. Graduate by Hilton Providence
The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel
