Apartments in Provence

"The location was pretty good. Close to old town and many restaurants near by. Also close to the old port, train station and buses lines. The entrance of the building is quite old, the door is quite heavy and the entrance itself needs some painting. The shower is not well designed with a courtain that you need to put inside of the shower or it will get everything wet. It has a separate toilette with the WC, which does not have any ventilation and it makes a lot of noise when flushing, so prepare...

"Audrey was so helpful as the host, answering all questions when making the reservation. Apartment was spotless. You could not ask for a better location. Walk to beaches, wineries, anywhere in town! This is the perfect Cassis apartment for two people. Would stay again in a minute (didn't want to leave....)"

"This property was double booked but I was only informed 2 hours prior to check in, leaving me scrambling to find accommodation for my children and I, which we didn’t find, fun night, and I cannot get a refund and host will not reply to my messages. I can understand double booking maybe not being the hosts fault, but the lack of communication and having to pay for some place I didn’t stay is why I am giving this review"

"No elevator, not a place for seniors or people with physical challenges. Needs light bulb replacement, toilet with a handle that works. Entry into apartment is a tripping hazard, should be lite in some way, especially at night when people in the bedroom need to use the toilet. Area rugs slip, need nonslip padding under them. Please supply toilet paper, two small rolls is not enough and a few kitchen towels."

"Nous avions réservé plus d'un mois avant et réglé la location à ce moment. J'indique que nous souhaitons prendre l'option des draps à 10 euros quelques jours avant la date. Puis, sans nouvelles de l'hôte, j'envoie un autre message le jour j pour savoir comment se fait l'entrée sur les lieux (boite a clef ou en personne). L'hôte répond à midi qu'il annule parce que "je veux pas me prendre la tête pour cela". Nous nous retrouvons donc le jour j à Marseille sans logement un weekend de Pâques....

"Exactly like pictures very well equipped. 15 minute walk to le lavandou beach and supermarket nearby. Very nice area. Clean and comfortable. Owner very friendly and helpful but only spoke French so hard to communicate. Overall, would recommend and would stay again!"
