What let us down was poor communication on facilities of the site , the fact that campsite on which chalet is has changed names( so difficult to locate) and specifically that reception at site was not aware of our booking. Thankfully we arrived shortly before they closed for the day and we were able to demonstrate we had been in email exchange with owner.worrying what would have happened if we had arrived later!"
