"Big bed, large bathroom- spotless. Staff helpful and friendly Amazing view for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was ample and went down a treat. Pool looked amazing but had no time to try. Air in that area refreshes the lungs and very beautiful surroundings. Thank you."

"This hotel is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. Rooms are bright and in good condition. The bed was comfortable and it was a pleasure to wake up to warm sunlight from the Juliet balcony. The location is great, with easy walking access to several restaurants in town. The staff are a credit to their organisation and helped with advice when asked. The provided information about driving tours of the area, all of which proved fascinating. We particulary recommend visiting Monsanto, Coimbra, Tomar and the Schist Villages."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly! The pool is a community pool, but the hotel has a section of reserved chairs for hotel guests. eBikes were included in the reservation so we biked for ~30 minutes to go down by the river and make it easier to get back up to the hotel. Free, onsite, self parking is always nice!"

"A lovely place to stay, we had a long break there, it’s very quiet, but close enough to the river beaches, beaches, Tomar and other attractions for lovely days out. The hosts are outstanding, I’ve never met such amazing hosts. They bought us bags of the most fabulous and delicious tomatoes and the fluffiest cake ever. Thank you for a beautiful break we will always remember. "
