The newly remodeled interior is beautifully decorated to the highest standards. Bolivian rosewood hardwood flooring, quality furniture, exquisite tropical rugs, gourmet kitchen, granite counters, cherry cabinets, custom linens and dramatic appointments throughout. Simply the best!

Complete entertainment center, Samsung 55" 4k SMART TV living room, Samsung SMART TV with Soundbar master bedroom, DVDs, Stereo, high speed internet and ceiling fans in every room. AIR CONDITIONING is always available utilizing the latest advanced technology. Note: Unit #402 provides separate A/C controls to the main living area and to both bedrooms, something rarely found in any Pu'u Po'a unit.
Second ensuite bedroom has double entry doors providing private access directly from bedroom to bathroom.

The unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully stocked, from extra blankets and pillows to beach essentials like chairs and snorkel gear. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a drawer full of spices! And of course, the views were absolutely stunning — being a penthouse unit right on the ocean made it unforgettable. The owner was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property is so nice, we were very happy with the location, views our our patio, access to a private beach area, and the overall accommodations in the unit. Gary the owners was very responsive and easy to engage with. My wife, me, and 23 year old daughter went on the trip and this place was perfect for us!

Flawless

Vacation trip with my wife and youngest child. Accommodations were first class and well maintained. Our stay was peaceful, quiet and restful. Had to dodge a few rain showers during the week, but still had a magnificent time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family Trip to North Kauai

Lovely stay at Gary's apartment for 5 nights with my family of four. Host was very responsive and left a handy guide book for the area. I also appreciated all of the beach and sports gear available for guest use. Outstanding ocean views from the property, condo was immaculate and comfortable, very true to the photos and information posted on vrbo. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing views!!

The place has incredible views both of the mountains from the front door to expansive ocean views from everywhere else. Very clean and spacious as well as the AC being great. Not a whole lot negative about the place. The primary shower head does leak a bit, but it wasn’t a big deal. I will say that being asked to clean dishes and do laundry for the price of the rental, which included a substantive cleaning fee, was a little frustrating.

Perfect location

Had 8 great nights at condo which is located on the northeast side of the island in Princeville with beautiful views of the ocean from the lanai and almost every room. Small complex with pool and tennis court with this unit being on the top floor. Condo had everything you need from snorkel gear to chairs, coolers and umbrella. We played tennis every day with the provided racquets. Overall a very nice place to stay and had great communication with the property owner.

Wonderful property

This property was stunning and perfectly located with excellent communication from the host. We traveled to 3 islands on this trip and stayed at VRBO’s on each leg and this unit was by far the best. The communication from the owner throughout the process and the amenities of the unit were top both top notch.

Amazing property; fantastic host

The condo was exactly as depicted, and then some. The host, Gary, has thought of everything that a guest might need on a stay. Along with being beautifully situated with an ocean view that stretches for miles, the property is perfect for a romantic getaway. It is close to some great restaurants (short drive), but also perfect for cooking in the great kitchen. Gary is a pleasure to work with. He sent us a welcome package weeks before our trip that was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway!

We had a fantastic visit! The condo description and pictures on VRBO were exactly what we found when we arrived. Bliss with a View

This is an amazing apportioned unit. It felt like home it was so comfortable but with a feeling of luxury at the same time. The view was incredible with a huge deck to look out over the ocean with the sun above and listening to the waves below. The property owner was very attentive and I would highly recommend this property. The whole area was beautiful.

EXCEPTIONAL PLACE TO STAY

Pu'a Poa 402 is the most beautiful place we've ever stayed. The condo is beautiful with everything available to make our stay perfect. The location was extremely quiet and peaceful. The view and private deck is a great place to sit, listen to the ocean and watch people surf. We actually miss being there but will be back. Thanks again Gary!

Spacious and updated condo with beautiful ocean view

Very happy with our recent stay. It's a quick hike down to Hidden Beach, but the surf was rough and the coral close to shore, so not ideal for little kids if you bring any. Very convenient western edge of the Princeville development means you're only minutes away by car to Hanalai shops, restaurants and beaches. Owner is very accommodating and provides a helpful info on restaurants, beaches, and places of interest. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This spectacular condo could not have been more perfect! Bright, super clean, comfortable, beautiful decor, views. Lots of spices and cooking supplies to make great meals on the terrace. Great location for touring the north and east parts of the island. Hiked down to Hideaways beach to watch incredible sunsets. Princeville Paradise

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. We normally stay at a nearby resort when going to Kauai but found this gem of a condo and could not have been happier with our choice. The condo was spotless, had everything we needed for our stay, and the recommendations/welcome guide provided by the host was very thoughtful. An amazing property

This is our absolute favorite property to stay in Kauai. The host Gary, is amazing to work with. the property its self is absolutely beautiful. The beach just a short walk away was our favorite. We had our teen age daughter with us and did a lot of excursions on the south side. My husband and I decided next time when it’s just the two of us we would golf, beach and things here in Princeville. If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere with a stunning view this is the place!

Just Wonderful!

We were so pleased to return to this wonderful condo for another stay. Our brother and sister-in-law, who were with us, were very impressed as well. This condo not only has beautiful views, but is impeccably maintained, very clean, and well stocked with all the basics and then some. There are so many thoughtful touches, including a welcome bottle of wine and macadamia nuts upon arrival! There are instructions for everything which are very clear and so helpful. The owner, Gary, is an excellent host and makes sure there is a clear way to contact his property manager, or even himself, if any need arises. You can’t really ask for a more beautiful place to stay, nor could you ask for a more gracious host! Truly, just wonderful! Thank you Gary for another fantastic stay! The Rogers
