Pali Ke Kua #105 is a perfect honeymoon or couple's romantic getaway! Perched on the bluff 200 feet above sea level, overlooking the the beautiful ocean and Bali Hai mountain views! A Kauai vacation condo with beautiful interior design, featuring spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and legendary Bali Hai. Ground floor unit with easy access to the paved path leading to Hideaways Beach. Relax and enjoy sunsets and seasonal whale watching (December through May) from your private lanai.

Pali Ke Kua, one of Princeville’s premier resorts, is located on the ocean bluff overlooking Hideaways Beach, Hanalei Bay and the famous Bali Hai. The resort has amazing ocean and Bali Hai views.

Pali Ke Kua Resort has a completely renovated pool area that is gorgeous! The new pool and jacuzzi are both very large with plenty of areas to relax and sunbathe or enjoy some shade.

Pali Ke Kua has a private, paved path down to Hideaways Beach. This section of Hideaways Beach is difficult to access except by this path and is therefore fairly secluded. It’s is known for surfing and is considered to be one of the best snorkeling spots in Hawaii, but please be advised there is no Life Guard on Duty, winter swells are for experienced surfers only!

If you are adventurous there is a charcoal BBQ grill at the end of the paved path to the beach for guests to BBQ, but bring all your own supplies!

Onsite Restaurant - Hideaways Pizza Pub. You will enjoy the convenience of Pali Ke Kua’s onsite restaurant, Hideaways Pizza Pub. Opened recently, the fully renovated restaurant has a great atmosphere. Great views with an expanse of large windows overlooking the newly renovated pool area, Hideaways Pizza Pub has become a favorite of locals and visitors. The food reviews are very positive. Our guests enjoy the great pizza, wonderful salads (try the kale), really good selection of beers and large screen TV. The staff is friendly and the service is typically pretty quick. Open daily 5pm - 10pm. Reservations are available for parties of 6 or more.

Pali Ke Kua Resort is located in the heart of Princeville, Kauai, close to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay (currently under renovation) the Princeville Shopping Center, Hanalei Bay, Makai Golf Club, shopping, dining and many amazing beaches.
The condo is walking distance to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, shop’s, restaurants, and beach access.
Accommodation includes, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, blender, 12 cup coffee maker ,Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach umbrella, .a great place to stay!
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is not air conditioned, however there are fans in each room and screen door on the lanai to help with airflow throughout the condo.

This is our first time in this condo although we have come to Pali Ke Kua many times. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It's the perfect place for hanging out, snorkeling at Hideaways beach, walking up to the shops, or taking off on an adventure. And a million-dollar sunset every night! This was a great place to stay and we would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful location, parking was easy, very quiet. If you are going to cook bring your own spices. Also it has regular drip coffee machine not espresso machine. It is very close the 1 hotel which is great for drinks and dinner. It was a beautiful stay.

Spectacular View

This is our 3rd stay at Pali Ke Kua. The views cannot be beat. Absolutely stunning. The condo had everything we needed for our stay - beach chairs, a cooler, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, and the VIEW! The washer and dryer is a bonus as we were able to take home clean clothes. Will be back!!

Couples Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. We enjoyed watching the sunset out on the back patio, and hiking (it's quite steep) down to Hideaways beach to enjoy the beautiful scenery. It was a short little drive (maybe 10 minutes) from the condo to Hanalei where we enjoyed going to the beach, exploring the shops, and eating great food. There is a little shopping center and a few good restaurants right in Princeville as well - 3 minute drive, 15 minute walk. We were also able to walk to catch a shuttle at the golf course to hike the Kalalau Trail which was an awesome experience. We weren't in the condo a whole lot, but it was nice to come back to a clean, quiet and relaxing place at night.

We enjoyed the beautiful view from our patio of the ocean and sunsets were gorgeous. The condo was comfortable and fairly private; we had everything we needed for a nice vacation in Kauai. We had a little issue with the noise of the people staying in the unit above us. It was not very breezy when we were there so the condo was warm.

Wonderful week in Princeville!

Thank you for the hospitality. We really enjoyed the condo. We had a little snafu with the bathroom sink. The noise from the tenants above is something to take in to consideration but was manageable. The hike to the ocean on the path is fun and convenient. The views are spectacular, truly fabulous. Bring towels for the beach and Shampoo for the shower. The beach chairs were great. We really enjoyed our stay!

Epic Kauai vacation

We stayed in Pali Ke Kua. Had a fantastic view of the ocean and Hanalei Bay. The condo was very well appointed, with a very functional kitchen, media set up, and comfy furniture. We had visits from the local Nene pair, along with egrets and flocks of chestnut munias. Highlights included a visit to the Noni farm, near Kilauea, the various farmer's markets nearby, and of course the beaches. We discovered that the gas station in Princeville is under construction, so the nearest station on the north coast is in Kilauea. We enjoyed watching the rollers surge into the bay. Had an anniversary dinner at Bar Acuda in Hanalei. Highly recommended.

Friend’s wedding

This condo was really perfect for our needs, but just a tad smaller than I realized. The view was breathtaking. My only suggestion is it needs more light on the walking path from the parking lot because as you make the turn from the first ramp to the second one it is completely black. We never received any instructions for checkout and kept looking for them. If there aren’t any, people should be advised of that.
