Outside, in Sandpiper's Private Pool Area there's room to Chill and Grill.

Fantastic Stay and Host

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and perfectly located—close to everything we needed. While there wasn’t laundry on the premises, the host was incredibly kind and let us use his, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Just the right size for us 2. Clean and convenient. Stocked with every amenity needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were especially appreciated. M (manager) responded immediately to every inquiry we had. His instructions for check in and out were spot on. We stayed in Princeville several times and this is our favorite property.

Perfect little getaway spot

Easy to reserve, easy to pay, easy to reach owner about anything, very conveniently located for Princeville area, quiet little community. Very affordable and quite comfy. I will definitely rent from this owner again.

This is the perfect location for enjoying the north shore. Was nice to have a pool and jacuzzi to enjoy at the end of the night as well! Mike is very responsive and accommodating- would definitely stay here again!

Great property location. Conveniently close to food land grocery store and restaurants that are about a 5 minute drive. Condo was clean and spacious . Had essentials for our stay. Mike our host was extremely kind, hospitable and responded to texts quickly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy and Spotless Gem in a Perfect Location

It was perfect! The rental was small but incredibly comfortable and cozy. Every inch was thoughtfully designed, and it was spotless. Even though it was tiny, it had everything we needed to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!
