Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Ali'i Kai 1 Condo offers one of the best ocean front views in Princeville from almost every window. It affords you a 180 degree ocean view so you can wake up to the sight and sound of the sea without even having to leave your bed! Almost feels like you’re on a ship when you lay in bed and look out at the expansive ocean views.
With approximately 1200 sq. feet of living space including a private lanai perfect for whale watching, comfortably appointed beds, and furniture, full kitchen, and in-unit washer dryer, you'll find everything you need for a great vacation. The unit is on the second floor which in Ali'i Kai means you can walk from the parking lot to the unit without going up or down any stairs.
In addition to the spacious accommodations, within walking distance of Ali'i Kai, you'll find Hideaway's Beach, Turtle Cave, and Queen's Bath.
This newly remodeled home features breathtaking ocean views from the lanai, bedrooms, and living room. Experience dramatic sunrises and sunsets from your private lanai, and watch for whales from November through April. The upgraded island decor is enhanced by rich wood floors, new tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and plush carpet in the bedrooms. There is a King bed in the primary and a queen in the guest bedroom.
There are more amenities throughout to enhance your time inside including flat screen TV's in the primary bedroom and living room with cable, free WiFi, a kitchen equipped with a blender, and great cookware, as well as a community grill just steps outside the unit. And, we've stocked it with things to enhance your time outdoors as well, including beach chairs, mats, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards.

Couldn’t be better!

The condo was exactly as described and full of amenities for the beach! We felt very at home and spent many hours on the lanai watching the beautiful ocean. We even saw whales. It was a perfect spot to travel the north coast and also head down to the south coast for other fun excursions!

Paradise Cliffside View

Absolutely amazing stay! The hosts had everything you could ever possibly need from snorkel gear (and multiple sets) to beach chairs, cooking utensils, and amazing binoculars to watch the whales - which we did for our 3 day stay! I loved the DECOR! So oceany!!! Highly recommend the cliffside stay! We did not have a lot of time to explore the trails around the condo, but it looked like quite the adventure if you decided to do those things as well! Loved it!!!

Ocean View from every room

Great view and location. Clean and good appliances / washer dryer. No A/C but ocean breeze greatly mitigates especially at night. North shore of Kauai has nice vibe and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view, great condo

The view is beautiful and the condo was very comfortable. The photos in the listing don't do it justice. The area is quiet. The Foodland supermarket nearby has a good selection including a deli with poke. Our family had a great stay.

Private & Peaceful

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers were able to spread out and make ourselves at home in this spacious condo. The kitchen and beach equipment were well stocked. The location is perfect for driving access to Hanalei and Anini beaches. The view from the windows and lanai are gorgeous! We especially loved how peaceful and private it felt, unlike a crowded resort. We hope to be back!

Excellent Views in a Quiet Condo & Peaceful Neighborhood

Our family of 5 was visiting Kauai for spring break. The views from the large windows and lanai are spectacular! We saw a whale one day and could see turtles swimming below in the surf. The property was very clean with well appointed furnishings. The beds are very comfortable. I really appreciated the extra fan in the master bedroom to add white noise when I went to bed early and my kids stayed up to watch movies. There were several beach towels, beach chairs, & masks and snorkels for us to choose from which was a huge plus because snorkeling was a big part of our trip. There were also 2 Boogie Boards provided which my husband and sons used. Everything was great and I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay here. Will definitely come again if we have the opportunity down the road!

180 ocean views! Sleep to the sound of the surf

Great spot, close to Hanalei but plenty of great services right in Princeville. We loved the patio, coffee and sunrises in the morning, cocktails and sunsets in the evening. No need to buy or rent any beach stuff, they’ve got it all. Great set up in the kitchen, and with Foodland close by you’re all set. The place is wonderful

An ocean view on paradise

The home is a lovely space with lots of accessories for beach fun. Well stocked kitchen and clean all around. We loved the wild north coast beaches (please use caution during winter). It was a wonderful week long stay at this location. The pictures capture it well but once you arrive and see it with your own eyes, it’s a magnificent view. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Wonderful stay with amazing views!

Carrie was great to work with and very responsive to my inquiries. We had wonderful experience staying in this very clean, well equipped condo which included everything you need to take to the beach. It’s an older building with bathrooms that could use an update, but they are very clean and in excellent working order. The views out back of the ocean and shoreline are spectacular. Look forward to coming back again sometime. Thanks again, Carrie!

Loved This Place!

This unit is about as close to the ocean as you can get and the bedroom closet is full of all the beach equipment you need! The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware/utensils so we went to Costco/Walmart in Lihue and loaded up on groceries to prepare most of our meals in the condo...restaurants around there are expensive! My ONLY complaint is the low chairs on the lanai isn't ideal for whale watching. Taller chairs would bring your line of sight above the railing instead of through it. I brought my own but nice touch having binoculars in the unit! The whales gave us multiple shows during the week!

Sits on the ocean bank

Tremendous view and very well stocked with supplies. Had everything we needed and more. Reminded me of the old school places I have stayed in Florida and I was very comfortable there. Fantastic location and convenient to everything we did. Condo was probably noisy during the day since it is adjacent to a remodel but we were gone swimming, snorkeling, hiking and exploring each day we were there and didn't arrive back at the condo until workers were ready to go home. Can listen to ocean waves from the bedroom......always a plus.

Bright, Open, Clean, Well cared for

This property is exceptionally well cared for. It is bright, open, and spacious. The owner, whom I had to contact because of her cleaners, due to an inadvertent miscommunication, had not prepped the property, really cares about her place and what the renters think. She was mortified, took care of it immediately and offered to treat us to a dinner as compensation. That's how an VRBO owner should operate. Beautiful views. Very comfortable. Highly recommended

This place was amazing. Thank you so much for sharing. The amenities were simply perfect for us, not to mention the lovely lanai with a breathtaking view and active whales, dolphins and birds. Loved the binoculars and really enjoyed the guide books. The listing of your favorite things to do was greatly appreciated and thorough. We’ve been to Kauai many times and found many new fun things to do in your write. Super washer and dryer - beach toys including thick beach towels and sand mats were in great shape and plentiful. Can’t thank you enough for having various size fins and snorkel gear. Again, just perfect. Linens, pillows, bedding, were exceptionally comfortable and of good quality. Everything was amazing. Loved the well equipped orderly kitchen - especially the containers with lids and non-breakable drinking glasses that made it so easy for beach picnics and such. Trade winds and abundant fans made the stay pleasant. Again, a thousand thanks for sharing your beautiful, comfortable well appointed place. This unit is not fancy, just very simple and practical with tremendous Aloha. People like us could not come to paradise if it weren’t for people like you trusting strangers in your home. Mahalo.

What a wonderful getaway! Ocean waves soundtrack.

As described, for starters- Yay for that! Clean and smelled welcoming. Easy parking and the area feels safe and close to what we wanted. The unit was equipped perfectly for serving as our base for our adventures and hikes. The hose outlet on the building made it easy to rinse muddy hikers or sandy things outdoors. The full size new washer and dryer made it convenient to pack light and throw a load in before heading on to the other side of the island. Beds and sofa sleeper were cozy. Plenty of fans and the ocean breezes and sounds were heavenly. They didn't skimp on hangers or pillows or closet space or beach chairs or towels. We are very satisfied. We would recommend this property to anyone considering it. Thank you for blessing our family! Our only complaint..the time went too fast at this place.

Ocean view

We have 40+ years of experience as time share owners, VRBO renters and Vacation Club members. The unit is on the second floor, but the building is on a slope so you walk right up to the unit – no stairs. Entering the condo we immediately noticed the amazing ocean view from the balcony. We really liked the spaciousness of the kitchen with a separate island and the new washer/dryer. The kitchen was well furnished with just about everything you would need. The bedrooms were good sized, the beds comfortable and the pillows soft. The bathrooms were small but serviceable. The furnishings were somewhat dated; wicker/bamboo trim, Formica counter top, pressed board cabinets but clean and well maintained. There is a closet packed with beach equipment; chairs, umbrellas, children sand beach toys, bogie boards, picnic coolers, snorkel gear and a surfboard. At night you can hear the waves crashing on the shore and feel the ocean breezes through the bedroom windows – you will sleep well. There is a gas grill in front of the building. The resort has a small pool and there is no beach access (you’re on a cliff). There is a beach four miles south: Anini Beach: Great for families, restrooms, watch the wind surfers. Five miles north there is Hanalei Beach: left side of the pier swimming and surfing, right side of the pier, shallow water, great for families. Surfing lessons are available at beachside. There were no major negatives with the resort or rental unit. We would rent from them again

The location is the biggest draw. The balcony offers unobstructed views of the ocean. The building is curved in such a fashion that it offers a fair amount of privacy.Everything else about the unit was great, as well. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen which was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms clean.It was all good.
