This beautiful brand new home is overlooking Hanalei Bay & the beautiful tree canopy of Princeville. With a 10 min walk to the 1 Hotel beach, a short walk to Princeville Center and a quick drive to Hanalei Town, it is the ideal central north shore location. Featuring new construction, modern design & amenities throughout and a private pool, this house is spectactular

Bedroom Configuration:

Main House:
- Upstairs main bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom. Lanai with valley view.
- Upstairs private media room with Lanai Hanalei view
- Downstairs main bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom. Lanai with valley view.
- Downstairs guest bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom (shower only). Lanai with valley view.

Guest House:
- Main bedroom with Queen bed and en suite bathroom (shower only). Lanai view of valley and Hanalei.

5 night minimum booking required
10% non-refundable deposit due upon booking. Remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
