The condo was beautiful and we were very happy. I was disappointed that our condo was over sn hour of our check in tme, which was supposed to be 3:00. Not only that, but we had no cell phone access in the condo. I finally went outside with barely enough bars and reached your emergency person and she was great.i told her that the scan of the bar wasn't working. I believe her name was Kelly and she went out of her way and got the info needed. I asked for a late check out and was given 11:00. Problem is that no one told the cleaning lady and she was there at 10 It turned out to be a nice vacation

Only deal with your property manager. The reception manager at the site won’t help you!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Our condo was beautiful and an excellent location. The property management was great. We will be back!!
