Emmalani court is a small, quiet complex in Princeville, near the Princeville Resort. After visiting the 4 main islands in Hawaii, we decided on the North shore for it's lush setting and laid back vibe. There is truly no other place like it in the world. We have been coming to Princeville for 15 years and decided on Emmalani due to it's location and amenities. We are within walking distance to beaches (10-15 minutes), the Bali Hai lookout, the Princeville Resort, and a short drive to many other amazing beaches as well as the unique town of Hanalei. Unit 422 has been renovated and includes brand new deluxe furnishings as well as amenities to make you feel right at home. Emmalani court complex is one of the few heated pools in Princeville. The kitchen is outfitted with new appliances and all cooking utensils we use at our house. We have a fun closet filled with beach gear (towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, sand toys), games, books, and movies. We tried to outfit the condo with everything we like to use when we come on vacation so you'll feel right at home.

We had a lovely stay at the Emmalani Court condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our one week visit on Kauaii. The owner was very responsive and helpful from the time we booked our trip until the day we checked out. We can't wait to visit again!

Great location

The location is great. Close to Hideaway Beach and Queen’s Bath. Unfortunately Queen’s Bath was closed. Definitely need to rent a vehicle to get around the island. The pool is very nice. The owner of the condo gave a lot of info on places to eat and beaches to visit. Owner was extremely attentive to any concerns.

The perfect place

We absolutely loved this place. It’s so close to Hanalei Bay and the neighborhood is lovely. My kids loved the pool and the sand toys and boogie boards to take to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Spacious Condo With Comfy Beds

Location is great. Great open Condo, Plenty of room. Both bedrooms have very linens and great beds in both rooms . Condo is well taken care of and not overstuffed with big furniture. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.

Wonderful stay in Princeville

The unit was clean, well located on the golf course near the coast and came with everything we needed for a lovely stay. Always ample parking and close to the community pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo and Surroundings

We (4 adults) were very comfortable in this condo. It was open, airy, had beautiful surroundings, quiet and clean. The beach chairs, coolers and other beach equipment were a great addition. We loved the Princeville area and would definitely return to this condo.

We had a great time at the condo. It is large and comfortable and so so quiet!! It is great to see all the birds on the golf course. We have stayed in this complex numerous times and we love it. It feels safe and has everything we need.

Paradise Found!

We had an amazing stay at this very special place! The location is perfect for walking to secluded beaches and is very quiet. The unit is tastefully decorated and well stocked with lots of beach chairs and equipment. The bedding is high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts communicated promptly and their suggestions for activities and restaurants were wonderful. We are already planning a return trip!

We had a great stay. This place is very quiet and relaxing. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning in the rooms worked well. We were a little worried about being hot in the living area but it was very pleasant.

Loving Kauai

After spending two weeks on other Hawaiian islands we finished our last six days on Kauai (Princeville)The location at the golf course was perfect and the nearby hikes, beaches and restaurants were only a short drive awayA real treat to walk the course early in the morning to watch the sunrise over the fairway and a beautiful view of the surf belowThe unit was very comfortable for the two of us and could easily accommodate 4 adults Certainly looking forward to returning to Princeville again

The hosts had beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers…everything we needed for the beach. Great location, very convenient for snorkeling at Aninni or swimming at Hanalei Bay. Quiet. It was the perfect place for us.

The property is in a small quiet community on the golf course. The morning views on the lanai with the sunrise and a cup of coffee were the perfect way to start the day. The condo was quite spacious for our family of 5. I loved how we had most of the amenities of home in the kitchen!

Wonderful!

This is the place to stay. The home is beautiful and clean. The owners were fantastic. Close to everything we wanted. Pool, hot tub and grill were steps away. Home had everything we needed for the beach. We met Chris who oversees the grounds. He’s near the pool area frequently. He have us many good recommendations and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Please stay here, you will love it!

A Perfect Place

We are former locals on holoholo. The owners have a lot of sweetness we call Aloha. In communication, all was clear from the description, to check in and departure. This is a very beautiful rental. We loved the dining table and decor. The beds were really comfortable. There's a Ninja blender, Instant Pot, coffee grinder that most rentals weve been at don't furnish. It met ALL our needs. In the heart of beauty

Excellent stay in Princeville! Great accommodations in the heart of it all. The condo satisfied our needs, pool and hot tub were immaculate, crystal clear water (very little chlorine if any) which we thoroughly enjoyed in the evenings after the pleasant days on the beaches. The condo comes with everything you need on the beach including boogie boards, snorkel gear, and lounge chairs. The host was always available through text and promptly replied with any questions. We would surely stay again! Thank you!

Loved this home

The owners were very helpful with any questions. They were quick to respond. The house was the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. We met some of the full time residents and Chris the property manager. They had true Aloha spirit. They sat and chatted or helped us know where things were in town. The property is very quiet. We went on some amazing walks starting from the condo. I would stay at this property again.

Kauai Vacation

Fantastic property in Princeville. The condo included everything you could ask for in a Kauai condo. Great kitchen, living area and bedrooms! Perfect access to the pool and grills. Beach chairs, snorkel gear and coolers! You name it, Marla thought of it! Loved the proximity to Princeville shops, Hanalei beaches/restaurants and Anini Beach and Kilauea Lighthouse. The Saturday Farmers Market was a special treat. Great location for our Kauai getaway. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Y’all! The reviews do not lie! This condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was so clean, spacious, decorated beautifully and had ALL we needed and more. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and snorkel gear to use. The location is incredible - so close to all the great beaches and the beauty of the north shore is unbeatable. Hideaway Beach was our favorite! We loved the close proximity to the town of Hanalei as well. The owners messaged us during our stay to check in which was very nice. You will love it!
