From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly charming, welcoming, and genuinely attentive — you really feel the warmth and care that comes with a locally run hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well appointed, offering a calm and relaxing retreat after busy days exploring the city. The infinity pool was a real highlight — a lovely place to unwind with great views and a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good variety of options and high-quality food, and the hotel also offers a great choice of meals throughout the day. Everything was fresh, well presented, and consistently delicious. Overall, Sun & Moon Riverside offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. "The check-in process was very difficult because the hotel said they did not have my reservation. It required a chat with a Hotels.com representative, then they called me to offer a solution, then I called them back and asked if we could try once more to make this hotel work, which was successful. The room was small, but I didn't expect much when I booked the small room, but the room had everything you needed. Chair, cabinet, kitchen sink kitchen countertop, shower and clean bathroom with hot water. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked good. Overall it was a good stay."
