Gorgeous Waterfront Lake House near Sandbanks Beach with Kayaks and Beach Pass.
- Sunsets galore, and comfortable lakefront living awaits! A great getaway for families, couples and friends! Newly renovated air-conditioned/heated all-season Lake House with gourmet kitchen, kayaks, canoe, fire pit, and beach pass to Sandbanks Provincial Park. Waterfront is on a Marsh inlet with access by boat to Sandbanks Provincial Park (not swimmable). This property features expansive outdoor living with sitting area, and outdoor dining, and it is a sunset west-facing property. Very outdoorsy environment with large deck, dock, outdoor fire pit and lots of yard to enjoy green space and nature.
The lakefront is not swimmable (marsh wetlands, with birding and natural setting), but we provide a beach pass and the Sandbanks beach is just down the road. Close to Bloomfield shopping and area wineries. Great central location. Restaurants closeby, as well as many other amenities.
Highspeed internet suitable for working vacations. (One bedroom has a small desk and the door can be closed for privacy if needed).
