"The apartment is an open floor plan with plenty of space and a fully supplied kitchen. Every area is well lit, including the bathroom. The bed is quite comfortable with additional pillows and blankets in the dresser. The decor is a mix of contemporary, rustic and eclectic. Check in was no problem and there are no check out responsibilities other than returning the key to the box on the outside door! It is very close to Xavier University. The hosts are very communicative. I have no reservations in recommending this VRBO."

"Property owner sent a message on day of arrival that the key pad on the door wasn’t working. They took care of the situation quickly and placed the key in a lock box. My only minor complaint was not being given address and arrival entry info until day of arrival as we wanted to put the address into our gps the day before to see what route would be best for our trip. Owner was very nice and responsive to any questions I had. Would stay there again! "

"Super fun place to stay. We explored downtown Cincy, Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter. Perfect location! Right by Xavier University. Easy to get everywhere. Walkable neighborhood. Totally private stay on the top floor, felt at home. Had teens, but would have been fantastic with young kids also. Favorite part was sleeping in the princess bed! Even got to see the dogs as we were leaving. "
