Birthday Celebration

Visiting our Grandaughter for her 8 th Birthday was a pleasure for the 2 Grandmothers … one from Ca. and one from SC . Our stay at this house was lovely … spacious , comfortable , convenient and so close to restaurants and shops . The Birthday girl stayed with us and loved that we could all be together . Ihope to be able to stay here every time I visit my Cincinnati family . Thank you !

Great Location

Family visit

We stayed for a long weekend visiting family. It was a nice area, easy to walk our dog around the park, and walk to restaurants and the farmers market. The dining room/living room were spacious and open. Thanks for the nice stay!

Lovely Hyde Park apartment

Our family of 3 adults stayed here for weekend to visit family. Easy walk to Hyde Park Square and Rookwood Commons mall (coffee shops, restaurants, etc). Street is quiet yet super convenient to I-71/downtown and apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again on next Cincy visit.

Beautiful home, nice stay.

The owner, Todd, contacted us with keyless entry details prior to our arrival. His home was very clean and truly felt like home when we walked in. We absolutely loved the aesthetics! There were plenty of utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and bakeware for us to prepare our meals for the six nights that we were there. The property is located on the first floor of a two family unit. The location was perfectly close to many of the locations we visited while we were in town, including Union Terminal, Cincinnati Children’s Museum, and Fords Garage (excellent food). We would highly recommend staying here, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cincinnati.

Nice and quiet

Stayed with my mother and sister for a girls getaway. It was nice and quiet, in a nice area. Had fun playing games with the family. The shower was too difficult for my mom to use, as she doesn’t get around like she used to. She couldn’t climb over the tub sides and the floor wasn’t flat, so when wet, she had the risk of falling. It was fine for my sister and I. The kitchen floor, I know might actually be original, which is very cool, but it was a bit sticky.

What a great place!

The house is great. It’s very well cared for and has everything you need. It’s very comfortable and we loved the woodwork and pocket doors and the windows. You can pack half the clothes you need because there is a brand new washer and dryer. It was quite hot outside when we were there and the house has a tremendous central air system if you need it. A very short walk into Hyde Park Square. We walked to the square for dinner and it was nice not having to worry about transportation. We were there for a Xavier graduation and it’s literally a couple of minutes away. Perfectly located. Todd was great too. Very attentive and nice to talk to. Thumbs up all the way around.

This was a perfect spot with plenty of room for myself and 2 friends. Close to restaurants and the river where we enjoyed a dinner cruise. Loved the house with all the beautiful woodwork. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
