"Amazing hotel and staff!!!! Spent 4 nights at the gem of a hotel and cannot recommend it more. The staff was unbelievable- from the front desk, servers, housekeeping staff - all were exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and the lake views and Alps are simply breathtaking. Could not ask for more!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ ️⭐️"

"Fabulous hotel. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the restaurant for breakfast is beautiful and has a nice view. It’s walking distance to several excellent brasseries. Rooms on the lake side are quieter if you like to leave the windows open."

"This hotel sits just outside of town with plenty of space and a relaxed vibe. Great fitness center and outdoor pool. If you are taking public transportation, ignore the directions from Google Maps. There is a bus (Number 17) that runs from the Renens train station (Renens Vd, 14 Avril) and stops near the hotel (Bussigny, Cocagne). Both the bus and train are free with a Lausanne Travel Card, given out to anyone staying in a hotel in the area! Plenty of shopping and dining options along the bus 17 route."
