This hotel is a beautiful and well kept hotel with available lake views and within 15-20 min walk from places to see. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful and truly care about the quality of your stay. I would recommend staying here.

Very pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Lausanne's train station so very comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants. Facilities and room in great condition and breakfast was lovely.

A fantastic building. Lots of historical features kept. The room was very comfortable. The little bar served well priced drinks which came with a toblerone pyramid. The restaurant was just what we needed at the end of the day. Menu was faultless. Never eaten perch before. Will try to get it in the UK. Isn't that what holidays are all about? Something new. And last but not least the wonderful reception staff Thank you.

Fabulous Hotel

This hotel is fabulous, clean, comfortable, the staff there are very nice! The breakfast is excellent, decent, quality. What a pity that we had to skip our breakfast on our last day because of the itinerary, the staff can also give us the take-away breakfast, simple but great~! Thanks much again! 😊😊

The hotel and rooms are now very old fashioned. No overhead shower that works properly, and at the hotel front entrance you have to drag your suitcase up four steps. What is EXCELLENT about this hotel is the restaurant: very good food, spotless, excellent service.

our stay was excellent, the service was excellent (especially Sara at the recepicion , a very friendly and polite Portuguese woman) What can I say about the hotel, it's simply great, I stayed in a family room, we were with 4 people, very comfortable, great view, breakfast with a lot of variety, quality and tasty products, in Lousanne everything is very close so very good and easy public transport is very easy and very clean, the hotel is close to the train station which is very good, the hotel gave me a pass to travel for free on public transport, trem are buses, The hotel restaurant is very good, both , inside the hotel and in a very pleasant outdoor area, very tasty food, they have incredible foie gras my stay at the hotel was amazing Congratulations to everyone, especially Sara, who was very friendly and polite to our family and my daughters
