"When we were approaching the area the road was so bad we were bouncing in the car like popcorn kernels popping. The property is outdated, worn down furniture, game room A/C was not working, it was 76° in the space. We had a room with a loft and the loft was as an oven…in March. When needing a hot shower, you need to be patient, the water will warm up eventually. Oh and if you try calling, don’t bother leaving a message in their inbox. Dwayne and the other young lady were very pleasant and helpful an courteous. "

"This place is clean, convenient and close to the Steamboat Ski Resort, but they don’t have elevator in the building so it is a little bit difficult for people carrying big suitcases to the second floor. The continental breakfast is included which is nice for skiers, so we can get on to the lift quicker. I would recommend this place to my friends who will go to Steamboat to ski in the future."

"Great accommodations and perfect location. This house was ideal for 2 families of 5. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. the rental company was quick to respond and even provided a baby gate, high chair, and pack n play. The house was clean with plenty of towels. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub every evening."
