Villa Maria by the Sea is a comfortable and nicely styled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa just 500m from the beach.

Located at the front of a quiet block in Prevelly, this beachside villa is just a short stroll to Riflebutts beach, with easy access to Gnarabup along the beach path. The villa offers a lot of privacy and is well-suited for a relaxed beach holiday in summer or a cosy stay in winter with the wood fireplace. It sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for families or small groups.

The Space
Step inside to a bright and welcoming open-plan living area with high ceilings, large windows, comfortable sofas, a TV, wood fireplace, reverse cycle aircon, and a dining table for six.
The kitchen is simple but fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The bathroom is basic but functional, and there's a separate toilet and a laundry area with a washing machine.
At the front of the house is the main bedroom with a king bed and sliding door access to the backyard. Opposite is a second bedroom with a queen bed, while the third bedroom is located off the living area and has two singles.
The backyard is private and enclosed, with a nice patch of lawn, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ.

The villa offers undercover parking for one car in the carport, and space for a second vehicle in the driveway.

Just a short walk to the beach and local cafes, and only minutes by car to Margaret River town and Caves Road, Villa Maria by the Sea is a great base for a beachside getaway and exploring the wider region.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.
