This gorgeous and comfortable Margaret River home is an ideal place for a special getaway for up to 8 people, perfect for large families. Set on a 2000 sqm block, the home is set back from the street, offering privacy; and features a large lawn and entertaining space with trampoline, ping pong, blackboard, basketball area and monkey bars.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine, juicer and slow cooker. We provide basic pantry items, local soaps and quality linen. There is free Wi-Fi (incl. Netflix, Stan & Disney channels), an iPod dock/speaker, big comfortable beds, pot belly fire and quality leather lounge suites in both living areas.

The huge backyard is fully fenced but unfortunately dogs are not permitted here anymore. While you sit back and enjoy some local Margaret River wine and cheese on the deck, the kids will always be entertained with the array of games, trampoline and large play area.

The home is within easy access by foot, or car, to many exciting and beautiful aspects of the Margaret River region. By foot, the home is 200m from the Rails for Trails Forest path, and less than 10min from town or the river. It is also very close to the famous Pines Mountain bike trails.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Dogs are not permitted
This a no-smoking property.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are collected on Monday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Sunday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.
