The space A beautifully renovated 2 bedrooms semi detached dormer bungalow with stylish facilities on the edge of the beautiful and relaxing Lancashire countryside, with its own private garden and parking. A perfect location for anyone visiting family at Lancaster University, attending a wedding at nearby Wyresdale park or Wyreside Hall or anybody simply wanting to escape the rush of everyday life. Inside Wardenlea it has been thoughtfully planned to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Both bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with the bathroom located on the ground floor at the foot of the staircase. Although the bathroom doesn’t have a bath, it offers a generous sized shower, which also has a seat in it, should you which to rest your weary bones after a day exploring the stunning surrounding area. Cook yourself a special meal in the well equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances or enjoy alfresco dining on warmer days. Wardenlea offers 2 double bedrooms, with the main bedroom furnished with a full wall of fitted wardrobes. For entertainment Wardenlea offers 3 Smart TVs, giving you access to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITVX, BBC iPlayer and more. Outside, the garden offers a patio with a dining set and reclining sun chairs for the warmer weather.
