Situated in Tarleton Village, you’ll find a café and a couple of pubs within easy walking distance. Neighbouring Hesketh Bank, just 2 miles away, offers ample local amenities including a high-end supermarket and a farm shop. The area boasts a network of footpaths and dedicated cycle routes, with the nearby Ribble Estuary Nature Reserve being particularly popular with bird watchers and nature lovers. Spanning 5,000 acres of salt marsh, it hosts an impressive range of wildlife, with over a quarter of a million migrating water birds feeding in and around the estuary.

The popular seaside town of Southport offers 22 miles of coastline and the second-longest pleasure pier in the British Isles.
