"Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. "I stay was only a one night stay but it was a very nice hotel that was quiet and clean. The tv in our room didn't work well but wasn't a big deal for us. The staff at the desk were all very nice and quick to check you in and out."
